Premise Health Data Entry Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas

eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health Company, is one of the nation’s top Biometric Health Screening organizations headquartered in San Antonio, TX. We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Data Entry Department for a full-time Data Entry Coordinator. In this position the Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all essential information and results gathered from our nation-wide Health Screening events.


  • Perform alpha/numeric data entry based on the needs of our clients, as determined by Project Management

  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy

  • Communicate with eHealthScreenings IT for data error resolutions, exports, duplicate account resolutions, and other general IT considerations as it relates to data entry

  • Report errors and problems with data entry or data processes to management

  • Maintain data process and storage with adherence to HIPAA regulations

  • Attend all required training and meetings

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must be extremely detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and be able to work in a team environment

  • Outstanding alpha/numeric data entry skills; minimum 8,000 KSPH

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures

  • Able to adhere to HIPAA regulations

  • Must be dependable and punctual


  • Minimum of 2 years of heavy alpha/numeric data entry experience

  • Minimum High School diploma

  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office products; Word, Outlook, & Excel
